2017 Improving Stream Habitat and Aquatic Connectivity Project in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula (MI) Superior Watershed Partnership The project area includes 2 USGS 8-digit Hydrologic Unit Code watersheds in the Lake Superior basin (04020103 Keweenaw Peninsula, and 04020104 Sturgeon River – Baraga, Houghton, and Keweenaw Coutnies) and one in the Lake Michigan basin (04030106 Brule River – Iron County). $455,755.22
2017 Delaware RCPP Technical Assistance (NY) Pinchot Institute for Conservation The project takes place in the New York State portion of the Delaware River Basin below the New York City reservoirs. It includes parts of Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties. $75,893.42
2017 Elk River Watershed Buffer Initiative (TN) - II Lincoln County Soil Conservation District Tributaries and the mainstem of the Elk River watershed that includes areas in Giles, Lincoln, Moore and Franklin Counties, Tennessee $50,589.24
2017 Chandler Park Wetland Project (MI) Chandler Park Conservancy This project takes place at the eastern portion of Chandler Park. Chandler Park is located in Detroit, Michigan, just south of I-94 and east of Gratiot Avenue. $452,237.00
2017 Enhancing and Restoring Monarch Butterfly Habitat in Eastern Nebraska Nebraska Game and Parks Commission This project will occur in ten Biologically Unique Landscapes in eastern Nebraska (see attached map). Specific counties where projects may occur include Richardson, Gage, Nemaha, Pawnee, Jefferson, Thayer, Buffalo, Kearney, Hall, Nance, Polk, Antelope, Pierce, Stanton, Knox, Cedar and Dixon. $198,985.46
