The MMBR is located within Mexico’s Neovolcanic Belt, an area of biogeographic transition characterized by a remarkably rich assemblage of plants and animals. In 1986 was stablished the 16,110 ha Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve (MBBF) as a national protected area and another one in 2000 expand $50,000.00

2016 Associations Among Seabird Mortality Events, Seabird Demography, and Ocean Climate Trends in Central California Point Reyes Bird Observatory dba Point Blue Conservation Science The project will be conducted in north-central California. Seabird carcass data were collected between Bodega Bay and the San Mateo coast, seabird demographic information was collected on the Farallon Islands, and ocean climate data will be extracted at the appropriate local and regional scales. $59,976.78
