2015 Chicago River Downtown Foundation Habitat Project (IL) Friends of the Chicago River The project location is the Main Stem which is a busy commercial and tourism hub alive with boats and barges flanked by roads and high rises. To the east the Chicago Lock accommodates boat traffic allowing regular fish passage. To the west is the confluence with the North Branch and South Branch. $175,000.00
2015 A Toolkit for Managing River Inputs to Coral Reefs (PR) Villanova University This study will focus on the rivers and associated tributaries of the Guánica watershed in southwest Puerto Rico and the adjacent coral reefs. $125,019.47
2015 Critical Next Steps: Amplifying Capacity and Investment (CA) American Rivers, Inc. Trainings will occur in the Feather and Truckee watersheds. Practitioners will be recruited from forests with limited meadow restoration capacity, principally south of Lake Tahoe. $183,599.67
