The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has partnered with NFWF since 2019 to directly support efforts by local governments and partners throughout the Bay watershed in Pennsylvania to implement water quality projects that reduce polluted runoff from urban, suburban, and agricultural lands.

NextEra Energy Resources supports the Bats for the Future Fund conservation program, which awards grants to help develop and deploy field treatments, management tools and conservation strategies for bat populations that are currently impacted or are likely to be impacted by white-nose syndrome.

Life Time Foundation

The Life Time Foundation is supporting NFWF grants to land conservation projects that permanently protect forests. This effort is part of Life Time’s long-standing "Healthy People, Healthy Planet, Healthy Way of Life" mission, and their initial investment will impact two landscape-scale forest projects in Maine and Michigan covering more than 100,000 acres.

Energy Transfer

Energy Transfer supports the Longleaf Landscape Stewardship Fund conservation program, which expands, enhances and accelerates long leaf pine ecosystem restoration across longleaf pine’s historical range throughout the southern United States.

Sylvamo supports the Northeast Forests and Rivers Fund, which is dedicated to restoring and sustaining healthy forests and rivers that provide habitat for diverse native bird and freshwater fish populations in New England and eastern New York.

Colorado Water Conservation Board

The Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) has collaborated with NFWF in the ReStORE Colorado Program (Restoration and Stewardship of Outdoor Resources and the Environment). ReStORE establishes funding contributed by multiple partners to fund large restoration projects to improve habitat in Colorado.
